RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you receive Scorpion Safe items with a defect we will gladly accept your return. Your return must follow the below guidelines in order to receive a refund:
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with the original receipt within 14 days of the original shipping date. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your shipment must include a description of the defect in the merchandise.
- Scorpion Safe Corp. advises that all return shipments be insured for your protection. Return shipping losses or damage is not the responsibility of Scorpion Safe.
- Processing time for refunds may take up to 30 days.
- No refunds for Scorpion Safe items that have already been used or show any signs of use.
- No exceptions will be made to our policy and merchandise that is received will be returned to the customer unless it meets all of the above requirements.
- If the return policy is misused in anyway Scorpion Safe will refuse the refund.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Due to shipment company guidelines damage to Scorpion Safe product which occurred during shipping must be documented to the shipment company within 3 days. No international shipping is available at this time.
PRIVACY
Privacy is a high priority at Scorpion Safe and your information will be kept secure with the most recent encryption. All of your personal information is kept private.
ORDERING
Scorpion Safe accepts Discover, AMEX, Mastercard, Visa. After ordering online no cancellations or changes can be made.
